Saturdays at the Sandra Joy Anderson Community Health and Wellness Center
As statistics show that public schools are failing our black and brown youth, we have started a Saturday educational program that aims to enrich the minds and lives of youth of color. Our aim is to offer tutoring that can help them succeed in their weekly school work, as well education about black and brown history, a subject increasingly scarce in the public school curriculum.
